Yu Development (000514)Signed Supplementary Agreement III with the Land Use Affairs Center of Chongqing Economic and Technological Development Zone, and reached an agreement on adjusting the payment time of the remaining price of the second phase of the group purchase project and the liability for breach of contract. According to the agreement, the final payment of the second-phase group’s house purchase is about 243 million yuan, which will be paid before December 31, 2024 at the latest. The measured construction area is about 63,400 square meters, and the total price is about 704 million yuan. This move is conducive to the progress of the project and the steady development of the company, and does not harm the interests of shareholders.
