1. Intelligence
It is an important development direction of intelligent mechatronics technology in the 21st century. Artificial intelligence has been paid more and more attention in the research of mechatronics builders, and the intelligence of robots and CNC machine tools is an important application.
The "intelligence" mentioned here is the description of machine behavior. 2. Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS)
Flexible manufacturing system is the product of computer networking development of manufacturing system. The system is mainly composed of computers, CNC machine tools, robots, pallets, automatic handling devices and automated warehouses.
We can randomly, real-time or quantitatively produce any workpiece within the capacity of the assembly department according to its requirements. Especially suitable for batch production of discrete parts with multiple varieties, small and medium batches and frequent design changes.
3. Modularization
Modularization is an important and arduous project. Due to the variety of mechatronics products and manufacturers, it is a very complicated but important thing to research and develop mechatronics product units with standard mechanical interfaces, electrical interfaces, power interfaces and environmental interfaces.
For example, a power unit integrating deceleration, intelligent speed regulation and motor, a control unit with functions of vision, image processing, identification and distance measurement, and various mechanical devices that can complete typical operations are developed.
