The navigation project of Goupitan Hydropower Station of Huadian Wujiang Company is a key project of Guizhou Province’s integration into the national strategy of "Belt and Road" and "Yangtze River Economic Belt", which has many world firsts: the navigation head is 199 meters, and the upstream navigation water level fluctuates by 45 meters, which is the navigation facility with the highest navigation head, the largest water level fluctuation and the most complicated navigation channel in the world; The first and third vertical ship lifts are launched, which is the largest launched ship lift in China. The second-stage vertical ship lift has a lifting height of 127 meters, which is the largest vertical ship lift in the world at present, more than 10 meters higher than the famous "super elevator" of the Three Gorges Dam.

Goupitan Hydropower Station has a total installed capacity of 3 million, which is a landmark project for the country to implement the strategy of "transmitting electricity from west to east". As of December 31, 2019, the power station has been put into operation for the tenth anniversary, with a cumulative power generation of 79.571 billion kWh and a tax payment of 3 billion yuan, which has greatly promoted local economic development. After the navigation project of Goupitan Hydropower Station is officially put into operation, the "Golden Waterway" of Wujiang River will extend upstream for 137 kilometers, and a 500-ton ship can go straight, transporting materials from Guizhou Zunyi to Chongqing Fuling and merging into the Yangtze River, with a total length of 594 kilometers.

At present, Huadian Goupitan Power Station Construction Co., Ltd., on the premise of doing a good job in the prevention and control of normalized epidemic situation, has made every effort to advance the progress of ship lift equipment debugging and computer room decoration. The Sino-Russian East Line (Changling-Yongqing) passes through 30 counties and districts in 12 cities in five provinces (cities, autonomous regions) of Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Liaoning, Hebei and Tianjin, with a total length of 1,110 kilometers, of which the Changling-Shenyang section has a pipe diameter of 1,422 mm and a line length of 345.6 kilometers. The Shenyang-Yongqing section has a pipe diameter of 1,219 mm and a line length of 764.4 km. There are 9 stations and 48 valve rooms along the line, with 34 large and medium-sized rivers crossing, 34 railways crossing and 105 grade highways (county roads and above) crossing.

At present, the mid-section project has been fully resumed at the end of March and the construction has been accelerated. As of April 26th, 678.482 kilometers (53,908 crossings) of line welding have been completed, and 8 stations have been started.

From April 20th, the first phase of the "100-day attack" battle was launched on the East Line of China and Russia. The goal was to complete the main welding task of the line from April 20th to July 31st, and the comprehensive ergonomics such as anti-corrosion and trench backfilling could meet the requirements of subsequent construction, while the quality, safety and environmental protection were controlled.

Despite the May Day holiday, all the participating units are optimizing and refining the construction organization, striving to recover the construction period affected by the epidemic at the beginning of the year and strive to complete various construction tasks. It is planned to complete a total of 730 kilometers by May 6.

China-Laos Railway Manmai No.1 Tunnel is connected after the festival.

Due to the complex geological structure, tunnel construction is prone to collapse, falling blocks and other diseases, which makes the construction difficult.

However, the latest news shows that the Manmai No.1 tunnel in China-Laos Railway Station, which was built by China Railway Construction, will be completed from May 5 to 7.

On May 5, local time, the first overseas large-diameter shield project of China enterprises-the "Victory" shield machine of the large shield project in the east section of the third interchange ring road of Moscow Metro will be officially launched.

This project is the first time that a China enterprise has carried out a large-diameter shield project of more than 10 meters in overseas markets. The project adopts the 10.8-meter large-diameter earth pressure shield machine "Shengli" independently developed and manufactured by China Railway Construction, and is scheduled to start on May 5, 2020.

The project is located in the eastern part of Moscow city, with a total length of 2.947 kilometers and a contract value of 5.6415 billion rubles, or about 540 million yuan.
