Suzhou Women’s Federation held an exchange meeting on the results of thematic education research.

According to the requirements of the Municipal Party Committee on the deployment of thematic education and the arrangement of Daxing investigation and research, on the morning of December 19th, Suzhou Women’s Federation held an exchange meeting on the results of thematic education research, and Yang Jinsong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Municipal Women’s Federation, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. The Fifth Steering Group of the Municipal Party Committee’s Theme Education and the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection attended the meeting for guidance. All party member cadres of the Municipal Women’s Federation attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the members of the leadership team of the Municipal Women’s Federation exchanged views on the background significance, the situation in the investigation, the problems found and the countermeasures proposed around the research topics such as "Research on the current situation of family education guidance service in Suzhou" and "Facing the new era and new requirements, how women’s federations can play an active role in the anti-domestic violence work". At the same time, around the positive and negative typical cases to carry out analysis, talk about experience, talk about understanding, find shortcomings, find gaps, and draw inferences to promote the overall improvement of women’s Federation work. At the meeting, the list of transformation and application of research results was discussed collectively.

The meeting pointed out that since the launch of the second batch of theme education, members of the leadership team of the Municipal Women’s Federation have earnestly practiced the "four basic units", focused on the key work and major problems of the Women’s Federation, and combined the overall work with small incisions to study and determine two research topics and two typical cases. We adopted the "four noes and two straights" research method to go deep into communities, rural areas, enterprises, schools and new employment groups, and comprehensively used the methods of field visits, discussion and exchange, questionnaire surveys, random spot checks, and access to materials to find out the situation, identify problems and put forward countermeasures, forming a number of research results with in-depth thinking, practical exploration and systematic thinking, which laid a solid foundation for further promoting the high-quality development of women and children.

会议强调，要继续在学用结合上下功夫，进一步学深悟透习近平总书记关于调查研究的重要论述，坚持把调查研究作为一种思想方法和工作方法，内化于心、外化于行，切实把学习成果贯穿在妇女儿童工作的全过程。要继续在查改贯通上下功夫。要对照调研成果转化运用清单的工作举措，逐项抓好转化落实，举一反三解决问题。坚持深查细照，加强跟踪问效，确保调查研究的“问题清单”转化为工作实绩的“成效清单”和妇女群众的“满意清单”。要继续在常态长效上下功夫。要大力弘扬妇联组织下基层、访妇情、办实事的好作风，将调查研究中积累的经验转化成制度化的成果，推广形成生动实践，围绕当前重点工作任务，迎难而上、积极作为，进一步推动宿州妇女儿童工作高质量发展。
